JazuPrivacy Policy
Version of 4 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data the Jazu service (the mobile app for beauty professionals and the online booking page at jazu.me) processes, why, and how we protect it. It follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".
1. Who processes the data
The owner and operator of the personal data is sole proprietor Yessilbayev D.A., IIN 950217350340, Republic of Kazakhstan ("we"). For any question about your data, write to dulat.yessilbayev@gmail.com.

We do not collect payment details, biometrics or health data. Please do not put them in notes or comments.
3. Why
- so professionals can keep their schedule and client base, and clients can book online;
- to confirm a phone number with a code at sign-in and when booking;
- to tell professionals about new bookings, confirmations and cancellations;
- to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and answer support requests.
We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process data with the consent the person gives when signing up or booking, to perform the agreement on using the service (see the Terms of Use), and where the law requires it.
5. Where the data is stored
The database with personal data is located on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. Who we share data with
- Code delivery. The phone number and a one-time code are passed to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or an SMS provider only to deliver the code. Passing it to WhatsApp is a cross-border transfer; it happens with your consent and only to the extent needed to deliver the message.
- Our hosting provider in the Republic of Kazakhstan, whose servers run the service.
- Professional and client: a client sees the professional's name, services and address; a professional sees the details of a client who booked with them.
- Government authorities, only in the cases and manner set by law.
7. Client data entered by professionals
A professional decides which clients and notes to add and is responsible for having the client's agreement. We process this data on the professional's behalf and only to run the service. One professional never sees another professional's clients.
8. How long we keep data
- a professional's account and client data — while the account is active;
- after an account is deleted, its data is erased within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer; backups are overwritten within 30 days;
- one-time confirmation codes are valid for 5 minutes;
- technical logs — no longer than 90 days.
9. How we protect data
Connections to the service are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to servers and the database is restricted. Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on the server, and phone numbers, codes and tokens are never written to logs.
10. Your rights
You may find out what data of yours we process, access it, correct or complete it, withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, and complain to the authorized personal data protection body or a court. To do so, write to dulat.yessilbayev@gmail.com and include the phone number concerned. We will answer within the time limits set by law.
If you withdraw consent we will stop processing, but you will no longer be able to use the service.
11. Age
The app for professionals is meant for people over 18. A client under 18 books with the consent of a legal guardian.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its date, and we will announce significant changes in the app.
