Terms of Use
Version of 4 November 2026
These terms govern the use of Jazu — the mobile app for beauty professionals and the online booking page at jazu.me. The service is provided by sole proprietor Yessilbayev D.A., IIN 950217350340, Republic of Kazakhstan ("we"). By using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What Jazu is
Jazu is a tool for professionals: a schedule, a client base, services and prices, promotions, income and expense tracking, and a personal online booking page. Clients book through the professional's link in a browser.
Services are provided to clients by the professional, not by Jazu. We are not a party to the agreement between a professional and a client and are not responsible for the quality, price, timing or cancellation of services.
2. Account
- You sign in with a phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for access to your phone and number.
- Give accurate details: name, services, prices and address.
- A professional account may be created by a person over 18.
3. Professional's obligations
- provide services lawfully and as described on your page;
- get the agreement of clients whose details you add yourself;
- not use client data for messages they did not agree to;
- tell clients about changes and cancellations in good time.
4. Clients
A client picks a service and time on the professional's page and confirms the booking with a code sent to their number. A booking may need the professional's confirmation. Cancellations and changes follow the professional's rules.
5. What is not allowed
- breaking the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other people's rights;
- posting offensive, misleading or unlawful content;
- booking in someone else's name or with someone else's number without their consent;
- trying to access other people's data, disrupting the service, or scraping it.
We may restrict or block an account that breaks these rules.
6. Payment
If paid features appear, we will publish their price and terms in advance. Terms already paid for do not change one-sidedly before the end of the paid period.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, network failures and outages of third-party services (such as code delivery) may happen. The service is provided "as is".
8. Liability
To the extent the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for what professionals and clients do towards each other.
9. Intellectual property
The Jazu name, app and site belong to us. The data you enter (services, photos, clients) stays yours; you allow us to store and show it only to run the service.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to dulat.yessilbayev@gmail.com. Data is deleted within the periods set in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its date, and we will announce significant changes in the app in advance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the court at the sole proprietor's location.
